Help!

It's Lucy's birthday soon, and she's requested fairytale retellings or princess stories (novels). She loves Patricia Wrede's Dealing with Dragons series, and she loves E.D. Baker's The Frog Princess series.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? I've ordered her some Jessica Day George retellings, but I'm looking for some fresh ideas.
